Youth With Faces impacts the lives of 200 youth annually. We break the cycle of incarceration that most juvenile offenders experience. Through our programs, youth learn social skills, employment readiness, gateway job and future planning skills that help them establish identities as capable young people with something positive to contribute to society.
Graduates of Youth With Faces programs are less likely to return to the juvenile or criminal justice systems.
The skills that Youth With Faces participants learn set them on a path toward a positive and self-sufficient future.
Reduced Cost to Society
By keeping these young men and women out of juvenile custody, Youth With Faces is preventing them from becoming chronic offenders and saving taxpayers money.
